It seems that, in recent years, opportunities to discuss on the media about the propriety of administrative measures are increasing. Then, are there any cases in which decisions and/or revisions of measures taken by a government are considered illegal from the point of judicial view?
This judgement is a case in which a court made a judgement about this point.
